I'm a trauma therapist, and I'm also a survivor of spiritual abuse. I know from the inside how disorienting it is when the community that was supposed to keep you safe becomes the source of harm, and how long it can take to trust your own perception again.

Most of my work is with adults healing from spiritual trauma, relational trauma, and the wounds of the families they grew up in. It is an honor to hold with you some of the hardest threads of your story. In naming what you've been through, you begin to tell yourself the truth.

I'm an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and I also draw on Polyvagal Theory, ego state (parts) work, and Bowen Family Systems. That's a lot of words for something simple: your body has been working hard to keep you safe, and there's nothing wrong with you for that. We go at your pace, you keep your agency, and together we make room for the goodness that has been in you all along.

Outside the therapy room, I'm a mom of two, I write on Substack about trauma, faith, and the life of a (too much) girl, and I still believe there can be hope, even after everything.
